Elementary: Grades 3-6

Curiosity becomes confidence.

About our elementary program

How our classrooms are organized

Prodigy’s elementary program includes two age-level groupings: Grades 3 and 4, and Grades 5 and 6, with two classes at each level. Placement is based on where each child is developmentally, and in some cases students may move ahead or take more time as needed. If you have questions about where your child would fit, we are happy to talk it through.

Learning with Purpose

A Christ-Centered, Hands-On Education

The elementary years are when children start to discover who they are as learners. Some find out they love to write. Others realize they are natural problem solvers, or that they come alive outdoors, or that they have a gift for leading other kids. At Prodigy, we pay attention to that. We are not moving every student through the same material at the same pace toward the same test. We are watching each child, learning them, and building an education around what we find.

That means a student who is ready to move ahead does. A student who needs more time gets it, without shame and without labels. And every student has teachers who know them well enough to see the difference.

Academically, our elementary students build strong foundations in reading, writing, and math while exploring science, history, and the world around them through hands-on projects, field trips, and real-world learning experiences. Biblical truth runs through all of it, not as a separate subject, but as the lens through which everything is understood.

What your child will experience

Learning that actually sticks.

Our elementary students are active, engaged, and challenged every day. Here’s some of what that looks like:

A place to belong

Your child will be known here.

Elementary students at Prodigy are not just test scores. Their teachers know their strengths, their struggles, what makes them light up, and what they are working through. With small class sizes and two teachers in every room, there is always someone paying attention, always someone in their corner.

We partner closely with families too, because parents are the most important educators in their child’s life. When school and home are working together, children thrive. That is what we are building here.

Come see it for yourself.
