I have been a resident of Cape Girardeau since 2001 and truly love this area. I live by 3 F’s, Faith, Family, Fitness (depending on the season I add a F with Football! Go Chiefs!). I have been married to my wife, Jazmin, for 5 years, and together 10 years and we have three beautiful children, Kaylia (7), Knox (2) and Kai (1). I have been a plant technician for the last 6 years at Procter and Gamble, but have recently found my calling into health and fitness journey. My journey to better myself physically and mentally through fitness evolved into a passion for promoting lifetime wellness. I am so excited to have the opportunity to inspire children to enjoy being active and healthy as well as instilling good character that is rooted in the love of Jesus. Go BEARS!
