A celebration of play, community, and the Prodigy spirit.
PLAyfest is Prodigy PTO’s signature annual event — a full afternoon of games, performances, food trucks, and family fun open to the whole community. It is one of the most joyful days on the Prodigy calendar, and one of the clearest expressions of what this community is all about.

- Location: Capaha Park, Cape Girardeau
- 12:30pm - Story Time with Mother Goose
- 1:00pm - Cheerleading Clinic (ages 4-11)
- 1:30pm - Story Time with Mother Goose
- 2:00pm - The Fairy Tale Essence with Toy Sheriff, the Bubble Witch, the Rose Princess, and the Siren Princess
- 2:30pm - Dance Performance by Armed with Moves
- 3:00pm - Annual Mascot Race
- 3:30pm - Story Time with Mother Goose
- 4:00pm - Worship with Prodigy Leadership Academy
More than a great day out.
PLAyfest is built on something Prodigy has believed since day one: play is not optional for children. It is essential. It is how they learn to take risks, build friendships, use their imaginations, and discover what they are capable of. PLAyfest gives every child a full afternoon to do exactly that, surrounded by their community and their families.
It is also a chance for the broader Cape Girardeau community to experience the Prodigy spirit firsthand. Everyone is welcome. Come see what we are all about.
